The history of the enterprise began in 2019: 40.5 thousand square meters of production and storage facilities of the former Karaganda Rubber Products Plant were restored and modernized as part of the project launch.
Launched in 2020, the QazTehna plant is the first major project to be implemented in the industrial zone, giving impetus to the development of Sarani city, providing new jobs and improving infrastructure.
The company has organized high-tech, environmentally friendly production that meets international quality standards. The production of buses of various modifications started in the summer of 2021. And from the second quarter of 2021, the plant has already launched serial small-unit production (using welding and body painting technologies).
The company’s development vector is not limited only to the production of buses. In 2023, the company launched production of commercial vehicles – Sinotruk and Scania trucks. Howo (Sinotruk) brand truck cab welding line was launched in 2024.
To date, the production portfolio of the plant “QazTehna” includes a wide range of urban, tourist, intercity, as well as special purpose buses of Yutong brand.
The basis of the company's success is the high quality of products, as well as the speed of its transfer to customers and properly structured logistics, allowing to deliver throughout Kazakhstan!
We can safely say that over the years of its existence, the company has raised the bar in the country in terms of quality and quantity of buses produced, which has intensively influenced the development of the engineering industry in the country! And every year the company plans to reach new figures in this industry!
