QazTehna LLP successfully operates its own Corporate University, a key element of our HR policy and a center for continuous development of competencies.
Its main task is training, retraining and advanced training of high-class specialists in priority areas of the machine-building industry. The University operates in a continuous mode, ensuring the inflow of qualified personnel and growth of professionalism of current employees.
Training at the Corporate University is conducted by experienced engineers and technical specialists of the plant who have undergone special training, as well as invited experts and teachers of specialized colleges and universities. Of particular value are the mentors from among the leading employees of the company, who pass on to the trainees unique practical skills and knowledge directly applicable to the production of buses, electric buses and commercial vehicles.
We are actively developing the system of dual training and are proud of our strong ties with educational organizations in the region. QazTehna LLP has concluded a number of long-term agreements with leading colleges and universities, which allows students to harmoniously combine the acquisition of fundamental theoretical knowledge with immersion in real production processes at our plant. This approach not only creates job-ready professionals, but also allows the enterprise to purposefully grow future specialists.
