Responsibilities
A list of tasks and functions that the employee will perform in their position that reflect their contribution to the overall performance of the company.
– Control over the technical condition of the roof, facades and other elements of buildings, performance of repair works;
– Performing works on the current repair of premises, finishing and rough finishing;
– Control over the technical condition and maintenance of the adjacent territory of buildings and structures;
– Carrying out works on the operation of buildings, preventive maintenance, current and medium repairs;
– Solving various technical issues on the operation of buildings and structures.
Requirements
These are the knowledge, skills, experience and personal attributes required for the candidate to successfully perform the duties and deliver results.
– Secondary specialized technical education;
– Work in a similar position from 3 years;
– Organized, sociable, responsible.
