Experience and qualifications
Teaching experience in a college, technical school, or training center is encouraged.
Practical experience (or methodological preparation) in teaching/conducting courses in the following areas:
– Welding;
– Body painting and preparation;
– Assembly of units and assemblies;
– Repair and maintenance of vehicles;
– Fundamentals of the profession of technician-mechanic / car mechanic.
Responsibilities
A list of tasks and functions that the employee will perform in their position that reflect their contribution to the overall performance of the company.
– Development and implementation of training programs on technical disciplines related to the production of buses and special vehicles;
– Conducting theoretical and practical training with new employees and trainees;
– Participation in the development of methodological materials, tests, instructions;
– Support the adaptation process of young specialists and workers;
Additional requirements:
– Ability to convey the material in simple and structured language;
– Communicative, trainable
Requirements
These are the knowledge, skills, experience and personal attributes required for the candidate to successfully perform the duties and deliver results.
– Higher education (Mechanical Engineering/Transportation and Transportation Technologies/Vehicle Maintenance and Repair) or “Vocational Training (in the relevant profile)”;
– Experience of teaching work in college/university.
